Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Sahiwal has the mandate to improve and maintain higher level of education being imparted in the government and private educational institutes located in the districts of Okara, Vehari and Sahiwal. BISE Sahiwal Board is also responsible to conduct the annual exams of Matric and Intermediate classes in science and arts groups. Sahiwal Board starts receiving the admission forms from the candidates and prepares BISE Sahiwal date sheets along with SSC roll number slips of the students. BISE Sahiwal Matric part 1 date sheet and SSC part 2 date sheet are issued to the students during the second week of February and the Inter part 1 annual exams and HSSC part 2 annual exams are conducted during the month of March.

Sahiwal Board also manages the annual exams of FA/FSc part 1 and 2 every year in the month of April. BISE Sahiwal Board issues HSSC Part 1 date sheet and Intermediate part 2 date sheet in the month of March, one month before commencement of 11th and 12th classes’ annual exams. Soon after completion of Intermediate part 1 and 2 annual exams, BISE Sahiwal Board starts checking of papers and prepares Sahiwal Board HSSC Annual Result for Inter Part 1 and HSSC part 2 final term result, which is also uploaded on the website.
