Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Sahiwal is established recently with the aim to provide quality education to the students in the government and private schools and colleges, which are affiliated with Sahiwal Board. It is the duty and responsibility of BISE Sahiwal to manage the education in the educational institutes located in Sahiwal, Okara, Pakpattan Sharif and Vehari. It was the part of BISE Multan, before its independent and sovereign authority. The system of Sahiwal Board works in similar way like all other educational boards of Punjab.
