Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Sahiwal was established recently in 2012 to maintain the education in the schools and colleges. BISE Sahiwal is working in the same way as all other educational boards of Punjab are working. Sahiwal Board also sends BISE Sahiwal date sheet of the annual exams of matric and intermediate classes to the students on their home addresses. After one month of the submission of the Matric date sheet and Inter roll number slips to the candidates, Sahiwal Board conducts the exams of FA/FSc and matric classes.

As Sahiwal Board is established recently, so it conducted some annual and supply exams of matric and intermediate classes. The candidates can check the BISE Sahiwal past papers of different subjects of SSC and HSSC classes for the revision of their course and also ensure their success in the annual exams. Sahiwal Board candidates are suggested to read Intermediate Matric past papers of all subjects pertaining to other educational boards of Punjab, Sindh, Baluchistan, AJK and KPK. The candidates can enhance their marks if they study the past papers and revise their syllabus.
